Refund policy

Not the right fit?
Exchanges are welcome within 30 days. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn, unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To start an exchange, simply contact us at shop@bauraulac.ch.

Returns should be brought to:
Kiosk at Hotel Baur au Lac, Talstrasse 1, 8001 Zurich

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Please note that some items can’t be returned—such as all food products, or home products (like candles). If you’re unsure about a specific item, feel free to ask us.

Refunds
We do not offer refunds. Items may be exchanged for another of equal or higher value. Thank you for your understanding.
